Refining Slag is used as liquid steel scavenger.It has strong deoxidizing desulfurization effect and it can reduce the content of oxygen and impurity,The process is that many kinds of refining material is stired equably and then is fused under high temperature.The main resultant is calcium aluminate 12CaO·7Al2O3 with low melting point and buoy easily features.It can react with Oxygen and sulfur in the liquid steel,and adsorb reaction resultant to make liquid steel cleansed.Learning from our clients using this products,original sulfur content is 0.03% in the steel,added content of steel is 5-12kg,it will make the final sulfur content 0.0052%, desulfuration rate is above 80%.
