Manufacturing Process The production of chrome corundum bricks typically involves two methods: sintering and molten casting. Sintered chrome corundum bricks are made by mixing pure alumina and chromium oxide powders along with some chrome corundum clinker powder, then sintered at high temperatures. Molten cast chrome corundum bricks are produced by melting the raw materials, pouring them into molds, and cooling them until solidified.
