High Strength: Through high pressure forming and high temperature sintering, magnesium aluminum spinel bricks have obtained high mechanical strength and can withstand heavy loads and wear.
Thermal Shock Stability: Due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficients of its components, tiny pores are formed inside the brick body, which helps to absorb thermal stress and reduce damage caused by sudden temperature changes.
Resistance to Chemical Attack: The spinel structure can resist the erosion of acidic and some alkaline substances, especially suitable for areas in contact with clinker in cement kilns.
Low Porosity: Reduces the permeability of the material and improves the density and durability of the overall structure.
Long Life: In the transition zone and firing zone of the cement rotary kiln, magnesium aluminum spinel bricks can be consumed synchronously with the materials in the kiln, extending the overall service life of the kiln lining.
