   • High-pressure gerotor pump (hardened steel inner/outer rotors, T6 aluminum housing).

   • Integrated electronic pressure control (EPC) solenoid (PWM-regulated, 0–120 psi).

3. Key Specs:

   • Flow rate: 20L/min @ 2000 RPM (5µm filtration critical).

   • Clearances: 0.018–0.025mm rotor (replace if >0.08mm).

   • Relief valve: 145psi burst protection.

4. Failure Modes:

   • Cavitation erosion (low fluid/air ingress).

   • Solenoid clogging (debris from worn clutches).

   • Housing porosity (casting defects in early batches).
