Application Areas
The CV-3000 series is particularly effective for surface quality inspection of enameled copper wires, various wires and cables, hoses, and similar extruded products. It can detect multiple defect types including burns, missing coating, scratches, lumps & necks, wrinkles, tears, color differences, bubbles, cracks, and holes.
Measurement Technology
These surface quality inspection systems utilize high-resolution cameras and high-brightness illumination light sources to create dark field or bright field machine vision configurations. Multiple cameras achieve 100% surface image acquisition, while pre-trained machine learning algorithms process collected images to identify and classify various defects with high accuracy.
