ZZYP self-operated pressure single-seat regulating valve adopts external pressure-taking structure, which can automatically adjust and stabilize the pressure depending on the pressure change of the medium itself. It is suitable for pressure reduction with nominal diameter ≤DN100, P1<1.0MPa and P2≥15KPa. Liquid, steam, non-corrosive gas and low viscosity liquid with a ratio of ≤10 and ≥1.25. This series is divided into two types: ZYP-B after valve and ZYP-K before valve.

Product features

1.The valve body flow channel and wall thickness are analyzed using CAE structural strength analysis. While meeting the design requirements and strength of minimum wall thickness, weight is minimized as much as possible to save costs and achieve high economic efficiency.

2.The valve body passage is S-shaped, with small pressure drop loss and high flow rate.
