   R400 high frequency ball valve is a cut-off ball valve developed by our company for PDS (Productsdischarge system) product unloading system of polypropylene (PP) unit, high density polyethylene (HDPE) unit and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) unit in polyolefin unit. The product has the characteristics of wear resistance, good sealing performance, fast switching action, high reliability and long service life.

1. Long service life of the product, through the special surface hardening treatment, improve the wear resistance, the service life of more than one million times.
2. The product switch torque is low, the relative friction coefficient of the sealing auxiliary is low, effectively reduce the valve opening and closing torque.
3. High product leakage grade, meet the leakage grade requirements of API598 standard,
4. The product has good safety, with fast switch, self-pressure relief, anti-blowing, fire prevention and anti-static functions.
5. Low escape performance of the product, to avoid external leakage in the valve filler and valve cap position.
