Applications:
The entire pressing process is divided into five stages: fast forward, detection, pressing, holding, and return. When the machine is turned on, it will automatically search for the mechanical origin point. After setting the parameters, press the start button to press the head to descend to the detection position at a fast forward speed, and then descend at the detection speed to start the detection process. The detection process continues until the set detection limit position is reached. If the workpiece is not detected at the detection limit position, the pressure head will stop moving. At this time, the return to zero button can be pressed to return to the mechanical origin; When the contact pressure reaches the set value during the detection process, the pressure head automatically switches to the pressing speed to start pressing the workpiece. When pressed to the set position, the pressure will be maintained according to the user's set holding time. After the holding time is over, the pressure head will return to the set working origin at the set speed.

2, Real time recording of press fit data, capable of saving and analyzing data. Placed in a location that is suitable for manual operation, the operator can visually observe the position, pressure, output, production status, and other data of all monitoring points on the display.
3,The software is equipped with an alarm function, which can set the product load range or displacement range according to requirements. If the real-time data is not within the range, the device will automatically sound an alarm.
4,The equipment is equipped with a safety grating to ensure the safety of operators.
