2.5D moderate denier and 51mm standard cotton-type length are universally compatible with all mainstream spinning and nonwoven production lines worldwide, supporting direct mass production.
Strict precision cutting and multi-stage screening ensure extremely narrow length deviation and ultra-low nep & impurity content, significantly improving production efficiency and lowering scrapping rate.
Standardized continuous production ensures consistent quality between batches with uniform dye adsorption, low color difference, and no dyeing streaks.
Optimized molecular structure and high breaking tenacity provide excellent tear resistance and abrasion resistance for durable finished products.
Its performance, strength and uniformity are close to virgin large-grade PSF, but the price is much lower; it is far superior to ordinary medium-grade PSF in defect content, spinnability and batch stability.
51mm is the standard cotton-type length for medium-count yarn, fully compatible with all mainstream ring spinning, open-end spinning, vortex spinning and nonwoven equipment.
Excellent blending compatibility. It can be mixed with cotton, viscose, linen and other fibers in any proportion to adjust fabric performance and production cost flexibly.
