We were the first to produce Hydraulic Integrated Automatic Bollards in the Chinese market in 2009, with rich experience in R&D, production and installation for road barrier products. - What materials do you use to manufacture your bollards?
ZASP products are made from carbon steel or stainless steel. Carbon steel can be galvanized or zinc coated for added protection. Stainless steel bollards are rust resistant and have a clean, finished look to accentuate any architectural design. - Have your products passed impact tests?
ZASP Hydraulic Automatic Bollards were the first to successfully pass impact tests by 6800KGs/80KMH standards in China in 2011. In 2018, they passed additional tests at 6800KGs/80KMH and 1500KGs/100KMH standards, equivalent to ASTM M50 and ASTM C60. Our Hydraulic Automatic Road Blockers also passed impact tests by 6800KGs/65KMH standards in 2018, equivalent to ASTM M40.
