4. Outdoor Round led display-Critical Selection & Installation Considerations
Lightning Protection & Grounding: Mandatory professional lightning protection system for outdoor installation; grounding resistance must be less than 4Ω, ensure solid grounding of both screen body and enclosure to prevent lightning damage.
Waterproofing & Drainage: Use weather-resistant gaskets and neutral silicone sealant at cabinet joints; adopt IP67 waterproof connectors; add a rain overhang on the top, install the screen with a tilt angle ≥5°, and reserve drainage holes at the bottom to avoid water accumulation.
Heat Dissipation & Power Supply: Avoid long-term 100% white screen playback which causes excessive heat; separate strong and weak electrical wiring by more than 30cm; power supply capacity should have a 20% margin to prevent overload during peak operation.
