The reverse osmosis device consists of composite membrane elements, a stainless steel pressure vessel, a stainless steel frame, and instrumentation control cabinet. The instrument control cabinet is equipped with various instruments such as conductivity, flow rate, pressure, etc., which is convenient for users to detect and realize the operation automation of the device at any time.

 

The water recovery rate of RO system is 30%, and the desalination rate of the system is not less than 98% in one year.

The project utilizes 1 set of reverse osmosis treatment membrane unit with a single output of 5t/h. The desalination rate of a single membrane reaches >99.5%. The reverse osmosis unit is equipped with an on-site control panel on which various instrumentation control buttons are installed.
