Application:
The rubber conveyor belt calender production line is used for continuous production or interrupted production of calendering for conveyor belt core,double sides rubber coating of canvas and rubber sheet.
- Rolls is S shape arrangement,rolls are made of chilled cast iron and drilling core around,high wear-resistance,better cooling or heating effect.
- Bearing for the rolls are cone axle hole double row inner ring type tapered roller bearing,high alignment precision,ensuring the high calendering precision.
- Roll gap could be adjusted by Roll 1#,Roll 2#,Roll 4#,can be adjusted by one side or both sides,current roll gap is displayed by the gap measuring meter.
- Axle cross adjustment by Roll 1# and Roll 4#,can be adjusted separate or by both sides, the current axle cross value is displayed measuring meter.
- Roll 1# is installed hydraulic lift pre-load device,Roll 2# and Rol 3# are installed with anti-bending device, Roll 2# is installed with hydraulic piecing device.
- The machine driven by DC motor,adopting full digital 3 phase all-empty-bridge retification speed setting controller,ensuring speed adjusting is smooth and reliable.
