XQL-80 single knife Hydraulic Rubber Cutter is mainly consist of motor, vane pump, magnetic exchange valve, overflow valve, slave RAM, oil pressure gauge pipe, hydro-cylinder support, rubber cutting knife, rack, conveying groove etc. Oil cylinder uses standard hydro-cylinder; Rack use high quality welded steel frame; The rubber cutting knife is made of 9CrSi or T8A, through heat treatment its hardness reaches HRC60. Below the cutting knife is nylon board to protect the knife edge.
Structure Characters
1. All the moving and rotating parts of the cutter are equipped with protective guard and protective cover.
2. This rubber cutter is configured with rollway to assist the worker conveying the rubber to rubber cutter.
