Main Features 

Cold feeding rubber performer integrates filtering, extrusion cutting, automatic weighing functions together. Compared with the hot performer, it is the cold strips feeding continuously, and it does not need open mixing mill to roll the material, improves the production efficiency, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.

The structure of this machine is divided into two kinds: with gear pump system and without gear pump system. The cold feed performer without gear pump has a pure screw structure, and the weight accuracy of the rubber blanks produced is low. It is suitable for those products that do not require high weight precision. The preforming machine with gear pump can realize the precise measurement of rubber, so that the material can be processed under the condition of constant pressure and flow, so that the weight precision of rubber blanks produced is very high.
