5.Barrel screw of extruder use 38CrMoAlA quality alloy steel, nitriding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance to corrosion. 
6.Extruder machine head adopts special clamp-clip structure developed specially for SBR/EPDM based Sulfur masterbatc granulation,screen change is not needed, easy to clean color,durable use,no material leakage

7.Electronic control system uses advanced PLC control technology, and use inveter to control speed of feeding, extrusion, pelletizing and other multi-process machine according to the actual requirements.

8.And the production line adopts interlock chain protection system, sound and light alarm devices, improving the reliability and safe operation.
