TPR Pellet Machine (TPR Pellet Production Line)

The TPR Pellets machine line includes materials mixing,conveying,feeding, extrusion, air cooling, silo as an entire production line.It is semi-automatic continuous operation with high effective production. Various output capacity of the TPR pellet production lines are available for options, feel free to contact us for more information.

The TPR pellets machine line includes the following equipment units:

1.Dispersion Mixer : the dispersion mixer is used to mix TPR raw material, Rubber & plastic materials,and other additives,make the materials perfect dispersion and well distributed before feeding to the Extruder,ensuring good quality of final TPR pellet to be produced.

2. Bucket conveyor : This bucket conveyor transfer the ready mixed material to the feeding hopper of the TPR extruder (TPR pellet formation machine).

3. TPR Extruder : After conveyor transfer TPR mixture to the extruder,the TPR extruder will make the TPR pellets. 

4.Centrifugal cyclones with air blower: To cool down the TPR pellets.

5. Vibrating screen : The vibrating screen will further cool down the TPR pellets after cyclones,and screen out the powder or unqualified sizes.

6. Stirring Machine:It can make the TPR pellets with colors mixed evenly, used as storage bin, and ready for final package.
