High Foam EVA/PE Sheet Double-screw Extruder with Double-screw Design and 380V Voltage

This machine is used for rubber&plastic foam sheet or rubber foam sheet extrusion. Materials after mixing materials by dispersion kneader or two roll mixing mill, then go to the extruder for constant temperature mixing and extrusion filtration or sheeting.Applicable products: two-stage high foam EVA sheet, two-stage high foam PE sheet, high foam EPDM sheet SBR sheet for foaming, Neoprene diving material, EPDM sports track granulation.The machine features powerful feeding capability, high productivity and energy saving. It is also durable to use, low failure rate, and is easy to install and maintain.

Features:

1.Powerful and efficient feeding, good mixing effect, capacity is equivalent of 3 sets of two roll mill.

2.The single barrel is hydraulic drive to open, easy to move the barrel away from the screw for cleaning, no stickiness.

3.The screw speed is variable speed controlled by inverter.

4.The temperature control can adopt customer's existing heat source (steam or oil) to control the temperature of the die, barrel and screw through the control valve to heat exchanger. If the customer does not have a heat source, 3 sets mold temperature machines for temperature control are needed to install along with the machine.

5. The gearbox has a safety factor of up to 1.8 times. Cooling system is available with the gearbox.
