This series Sigma Kneader (Sigma Mixer) are specially used for Butyl Rubber,damping material.
 In some cases,with customer special requirement, on the basis of the original kneader, we can make some improvement with installation of a filter changer, achieving integrative functions of kneading, extrusion, filtration. Great improvements have been made on the machine structure, stability, screw&barrel material, processing technology, power system.
The machine eliminates the need for  further filtering process, filter mesh can be easily replaced according to customer requirements, easy to operate, free of impurities, it is applicable to all types of injection molding auto parts, electrical accessories that require high purity level.
