1.The timing belt slitting machine is used for vertical cutting of rubber transmission belt, such as timing belt, synchronous belt,PK belt,etc.

2.The functions of automatic timing belt cutting machine includes: automatic cutting, semi-automatic cutting, manual cutting.

3.During automatic cutting mode, while the last belt cut finishes, the blade will retract automatically and automatically return to the original point.

4. During semi-automatic cutting mode, the cutting width is flexibly set, the cutter head moves back to the origin of the tool holder, and it moves laterally according to the set width.

5. The number of cuts can be set by oneself, while it reaches the cut quantity you set, it will stop cutting and the blade will return automatically.

6. The speed of blade vertical and lateral movement can be adjusted as per requirement.

7.Vertical movement of blade is controlled by stepper motor ensuring powerful cutting, and lateral movement of the blade is servo     control ensuring precise width to be cut.

Mechanical calibration of blade cutting depth, the cutter head can move left and right as per requirement, and the cutting range can be adjusted at any time.

8.Controlled by PLC and industrial touching screen and parameter is dynamic displayed.
