1. Can we get your free samples?
Yes. Our samples are only available to customers who confirm the order. But the express freight is borne by the buyer.

2. What is the normal delivery time?
Depending on the quantity of your order, whether there are customized requirements, the number of products produced and the delivery date agreed by both parties, the delivery period is 30-45 working days after receiving your 30% deposit.

3. What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit, the balance is paid within 25-30 days after departure against the copy of the bill of lading.

4. How do you control quality?
100% inspection during production, then random inspection before packing, take photos after packing. On each outer carton before shipment, affix a "green pass label", we will make samples before mass production, and we will start mass production after the samples are approved.

5. If there are quality problems, how do you solve them?
If any damaged or defective products are found, the original carton must be photographed for evidence. All claims must be made within 7 working days after unloading. This date is based on the arrival time of the container. We will recommend that you prove the claim through a third party, or we can accept the claim based on the samples or pictures you provide, and finally we will fully compensate you for all your losses.
