After-sales service
 
After the customer confirms the order and pays the advance payment, our factory starts production. The production cycle is generally about 30 days. During this period, we will communicate the detailed requirements of the order with the customer and the production department, and finally confirm it before putting it into production. At the same time, we will provide booking services and arrange the loading time with the shipping agent. Then, we will load the container.
After the goods are delivered, we will provide the following after-sales services:
1. Prepare the required documents for customers, including bill of lading, certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list.
2. If the customer needs to modify the bill of lading, please contact the shipping agent and communicate.
3. Once we prepare all the documents and receive the balance, send the original documents to the customer by air express.
4. Provide professional advice on the use and maintenance of the products purchased by customers. Sometimes we need to guide users to use them for the first time.
5. Solve the problems encountered by customers during use.
6. Receive quality failure claims from customers and communicate with our engineer team to determine whether it is a production defect.
7. Send replacement products or spare parts to customers for production defective products that customers claim from us.
