The fluorine-lined flexible rubber expansion joint is characterized by vibration reduction,
high temperature resistance, flexibility, and wear resistance. It is for connecting parts
with pipe misalignment, displacement, size changes, and vibration. It can be used as
inlet and outlet pipes for tanks and tank trucks, and also be used for other special purposes.
The fluorine-lined rubber joint has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance,
capable of withstanding all chemicals except molten and fluorine. It remains unchanged
even when boiled in aqua regia, making it widely used in applications requiring resistance
to acids and alkalis and organic solvents It possesses good sealing properties, high lubricity,
non-stickiness, electrical insulation, and excellent resistance to aging and temperature
(capable of long-term operation temperatures ranging from 250°C to -180°C).
The fluorine-lined rubber joint exhibits good resistance to acids and alkalis and corrosion,
it usable in pipelines carrying various strong acids and alkalis. It plays an important role in
some chemical pipelines and acid manufacturing industries.
