1.The rubber joint is composed of inner and outer rubber layer, nylon cord fabric and steel ring, which is
vulcanized and thencombined with metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve.
2.The product can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensatethermal expansion and contraction caused
by temperature change. It is widely used in various pipeline systems.
3.PTFE lined jointis based on the original conventional rubber joint, adding PTFE coating lining inside,
which can effectively protect the rubber joint from corrosion and medium erosion. For example, strong acid,
strong alkali or high-temperature oil, PTFE coating caneffectively adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline,
prevent the separation caused by medium erosion or pipeline tensilecontraction, so that the original mechanical
and physical properties of flexible rubber joint are not affected, and can stillcompensate for pipeline vibration,
absorb pipeline displacement and reduce pipeline noise.
