Product Components

Installation Guide
Step 1: Panel Alignment
Position two adjacent gabion panels perpendicular to the ground at a 90-degree angle. Align helical wire with panel joints for proper connection.
Step 2: Base Assembly
Connect panels to the bottom panel or assemble surrounding mesh panels first, then add the bottom. Rotate connected panels to allow helical wire to settle naturally.
Step 3: Side Panel Installation
Install side panels by rotating the cage 90 degrees and manually threading the helical wire as weight increases.
Step 4: Diaphragm Installation
Install internal diaphragms using appropriately sized helical wire. Rotate structure 90 degrees for easier wire insertion.
Step 5: Final Side Panels
Complete installation by adding the remaining side panels to form the full cage structure.
Step 6: Reinforcement
Position gabion stiffeners or bracing wires at appropriate points to maintain structural integrity.
Step 7: Filling and Sealing
Fill basket with stones or decorative materials. Install parallel reinforcement bars externally for flat surface, then secure the lid.
Step 8: Completion
Final installation complete with secure, stable structure ready for use.
