Raw Materials
Available in various steel grades including 65Mn high carbon steel wire, low carbon steel, high tensile strength spring steel wire, and stainless steel wire.
Manufacturing Process
Pre-crimped wire weaving with multiple weave styles: intermediate crimp weave in both W and F directions, lock crimp weave, flat top crimp weave, and crimp weave in both W and F directions.
