Description:

Winego Micro Perforated Wood Acoustic Panels Sound Absorption and Decoration, which featured with very small holes, creating the look of a non-perforated wood veneer panel. These acoustic panels are manufactured with small perforations to the front of the panel and larger perforations in the back of the panel; an innovative combination that absorbs sound waves efficiently. The micro perforations on the panel face are available in two hole diameters – Micro perforated acoustic wood panels at 1 mm or 0.7mm holes, and Super Micro perforated acoustic panels at 0.5mm holes. Both variations have a distinct look and have fully tested acoustic performance.

Winego Micro perforated acoustic panels can be installed on walls or ceilings to achieve a wide spectrum of sound absorption. It should be noted that sound absorption performance of acoustic panels is also affected by any air gap behind the installed panels as well as the type & thickness of sound absorbing insulation fiberglass wool installed behind the panels.

Decorative and acoustic properties

Materials
Microperforated acoustic panels are manufactured on fibreboard panels (MDF) with microperforations on the visible side and big holes in the back side to improve absorption coefficient of the panels.

Installation options
Our microperforated acoustic panels can be manufactured in several versions, to be installed on walls or ceilings. In both cases you should leave behind a space as rear cavity filled with a low density mineral fibre glass wool panel to help improve the optimal absorption coefficient.

Install method:

WALL INSTALLATION
Method :Wood battens installation system
Step 1:Fix the wood battens to level the wall(spacing at 400-600mm).
Step 2:Fill in fiberglass acoustic wool between wood battens.
Step 3:Fix the perforated acoustic panel on the wood battens with gun nails,and insert the wooden slat into the side groove.
Step 4:Repeat until the installation is completed, the joints between the panels are generally recommended to be 3-5mm, and the nailing position is on the side of the panel.
