The CTXX-3 Vehicle Suspension Tester is a professional testing machine designed to evaluate shock absorption performance in vehicles with independent suspension systems. This 2×2.2KW motor-powered equipment provides accurate measurement of suspension efficiency through advanced vibration analysis.
When a vehicle is positioned on the testing platform, the system measures static wheel load via precision sensors. The motor activates to drive the eccentric wheel, generating controlled vibrations in the vibrating plate. After reaching nominal power, the motor shuts down automatically while the plate continues vibrating due to inertia, creating sympathetic vibration between wheels and suspension. This process enables calculation of the absorption rate percentage, with higher values indicating superior suspension performance.
