TSC Series Two-Stage Extruder Overview
The TSC composite double stage extruder combines twin-screw and single-screw technologies to deliver efficient, reliable plastic processing for heat-sensitive materials. This advanced system is specifically designed for PVC cable material, XLPE, low smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable material, shielding material, and other sensitive compound applications.
Dual-Stage Processing Technology
The upper stage utilizes TSB or TSH series co-direction twin-screw mixing technology, providing high-speed operation with strong shear and mixing capacity for thorough plasticizing, venting, and dispersion processes without machine head back pressure.
The lower stage features SE series single-screw extruder technology, offering low-speed deep groove processing that creates a low-shear environment to prevent material overheating and decomposition during high-pressure extrusion.
