Welding Shed is a new kind of windproof shed specially designed for welding on pipeline construction ditch. With wind, rain, and the special requirements of special conditions such as fire prevention, the internal configuration has two exhaust fan, increase the speed of wind, and have access to 220 v and 380 v electric control cabinet of external power supply, satisfy some small electrical equipment at any time. The integrated structure facilitates transportation and disassembly and greatly improves the work efficiency of the site.
Product Features
1, Detachable structure for convenient transportation; Bolted for easy installation.
2, Steel frame structure, color steel plate, high strength, good wind and rain prevention effect.
3, Canvas is added around the bottom of the windproof shed and around the contact area between the arc and the pipe to enhance the sealing performance.
4, The contact between the arc and the pipe shall be covered with rubber, effectively preventing the surface of the pipe from being scratched during operation.
5, Built-in organic glass is installed on the side to facilitate lighting and effectively prevent collision and damage.
6, Emergency escape window is set on the top, which can normally be used as a skylight to eliminate indoor smoke. In emergency, it can be used as an escape window for operators in the shed to avoid personal injury.
