Welding Procedure
- Install 3 sets of magnet seats on the track using 6 M4X12 hexagon socket screws, ensuring magnet handles face the rack direction
- Mount 3 sets of magnets to magnet positions in the middle of the track using 12 M6X16 flat head bolts and tighten
- Release track clutch, install welding robot on track, close clutch - host can slide on track
- Install welding robot host from one end of track with walking clutch in open position (closed during use)
- Install pressing plate, ultra-thin flat pad and soft rail on magnet aluminum block with 3 M6X16 flat bolts
- Adjust external auxiliary to proper height to support welding gun and prevent shaking during welding
