Product Overview
This high-performance hydraulic control valve assembly (Part No. 723-47-26105) serves as a direct replacement for Komatsu PC300-7 and PC350-7 excavators. The 6-section monoblock design ensures reliable operation and easy maintenance for demanding construction applications.
Structural Features
The main control valve features an integrally cast 6-section design that can be expanded with 1-3 additional auxiliary valve sections via bolt connections. The interconnected internal oil passages and compact construction facilitate straightforward maintenance procedures. Each valve section precisely controls the direction and speed of hydraulic cylinders or motors.
Working Principle
Using arm operation as an example:
- Neutral Position: When the PPC valve is neutral, zero oil pressure at both ends of the main arm spool keeps it centered via spring force, blocking hydraulic flow and maintaining cylinder position.
- Digging Operation: Moving the control lever to digging position activates PPC valve pressure to the spool's left end, overcoming spring force to shift the spool rightward. High-pressure oil then flows through opened passages, pushing past the pressure compensation valve into the cylinder's bottom chamber to extend the piston rod while returning oil from the upper chamber to the tank.
- Speed Control: Increased lever travel results in larger main spool displacement, expanding oil passage opening area for higher flow rates and faster cylinder operation.
