The converter steelmaking process at Henan Yaxin Iron and Steel Plant requires precise control systems for quality molten steel production. The mechanical tilting converter can rotate 360° continuously, driven by 4 sets of 90KW variable frequency motors with precise positioning and speed regulation.
Solution: The 4 rigidly connected motors use master/slave control with internal communication for absolute synchronization. The host inverter adjusts speed and torque output while slave inverters follow the torque response, eliminating nodding and shaking issues.
