Machine Description :
The 2 part Adhesive Sealant Mixing System Potting Filling Dispensing Machine accurately meters, mixes and dispenses two-component materials like potting compounds, encapsulants, casting materials and adhesives. The two components are precisely metered using Daheng patented double cylinder plunger pump technology, programmable by Windows system industrial computer or MGCS touch screen.
The mix ratio, dispensing rate and dispensed quantity can be set-up quite accurately, providing consistent, error-free metering, mixing and dispensing.
The 2-K-DOS is designed with a unique modular approach, for simple configuration and maintenance. Each machine is built to match your PU ,EPOXY PU material and process, with appropriate material reservoir sizes and dispensing hose lengths.
Reservoir options include agitation, heating and drying (the latter for moisture sensitive materials like polyurethanes). Material is fed from the two integrated gravity-fed reservoirs through the our patented plunger pumps where it is accurately metered, through flexible hoses to a dispensing head. Industry standard static mixing nozzles are used for homogeneous mixing. The mixture has been vacuum degas which without any air bubble .
2 part Adhesive Sealant Mixing System Potting Filling Dispensing Machine is able to apply a number of materials such like silicones, polyurethanes and epoxies.
The machine will have two tanks for keeping Liquid A & B separately.
There are two sets of metering pumps inside the machine, draining out liquids individually from tank A & B. Liquid A & B mix with each other in the mixer pipe and dispensed out according to the programmable data .
Automatic glue mixing machine is mainly used for a two-component glue( Epoxy/ Silicone/PU,etc adhesive), automatic metering and mixing the ratio by two sets of high precision pumps, supply to a fully mixing design and then dispensing , dosing , dispensing the aimed products .
