Q1: How can I get a die cut or sample? What is the lead time for sample and Mass Production?
A: We normally provide a die cut in 24 hours, after getting confirmation on your artwork, we will provide a sample in 1-7 working days. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually15~20 working
days is enough.
Q2: Can I have my custom logo, design, or size?
A: Sure. We can do any packaging with your design. Now we open an ODM packaging which is for small quantities from 100pc to 500pc, but you can still have your logo.
Q3: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, DDU, DDP, Door to Door.
Q4: How can I pay?
A: T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, and L/C are acceptable.
