We've put in place a full ISO quality management system. From raw material entry checks to finished product shipment, multiple quality inspection points are set up. For 350gsm recyclable cardboard, we conduct weight and compressive strength tests. This ensures the material meets FSC certification standards. For each batch of products, 10% are randomly picked for drop and stacking tests. These tests simulate the harsh transportation environment. In the end, they guarantee the packaging has excellent protective performance in actual use.
