Plug-in Sim Card Punch Machine YSMP-5000 is designed for punching and indenting Plug-in SIM card on standard plastic cards in a precise and speedy way. It includes two stations-slot punching station and indenting (kiss punch) station. It is controlled by PLC, which can well ensure easy parameter setting and stable performance. Punching is driven by servo system. Parameters are adjustable, speed is fast and precision is high.

1. Slot punching mould features advanced automatic guiding structure, and the punch die is made of quality special wear-resisting mould steel to ensure longer service life.

2. Indenting mould also applied special mould special to ensures quality work, mould adjustment and replacement is easy and convenient.

3. It is designed by proper mould structure, which can ensure easier changing of mould. One additional set of moulds is included in the shipment.

4. The punch driving power is high-power servo motor, which can ensure reliable performance, powerful punch force and high precision.

5. Special conveying belts are applied in conveying card to ensure stable, speedy and precise conveying of card, and there is no scratch in the  whole conveying process.

6. Card direction and card overlapping detection function are available to ensure precise card sending before punch.
