About the Customized Biodegradable Stand Up Pouches for Food Packaging with Moisture-Proof Property

This Biodegradable Pouch can be printed by 12 colors’ high speed rotogravure printing machinery or HP digital printing machinery. The surface is matte. The food grade material structure is Kraft paper/PLA which have moisture-proof property, light-proof and oxygen resistance property. The best feature of the Biodegradable Pouch is that the pouch is biodegradable which won't pollute and destroy the environment. That is eco-friendly. But please note it will degrade after 10-12 months based on the storage condition. 

For digital printing, the MOQ is 1000pcs, leadtime is about 10-15 days, but unit price will be high.

For rotogravure printing, the MOQ is 60000pcs, leadtime is about 15-20 days, but unit price will be cost-effective.

Use&Care

• Cannot be used to pack liquid
• Be carefully to open the pouch when the first time you use,because it will be crumpled up and affect the surface looking.
• Heat seal the top of pouch,above the tear notch,note the temperature of the heat sealer to avoid the pouch being cut off.
• Don’t forget to close the zipper to keep fresh of the food.
• Don’t put the pouch in microwave stove.
• Storage it in dry condition

Instructions for placing an order

• About size, there will be an error of ±2mm.

• About quantity, there will be an overflow of ±5% in final quantity. Such as you place order of 1000pcs, the final quantity will be 950pcs or 1050pcs. The payment amount will be adjusted according the actual quantity.

• About color, we print bags in CMYK color but not in RGB color, so please don’t compare colors of final products with the picture on computer or mobile phone. There will be an error of 10% in color. If you have strict requirements about colors, please contact with us in advance.

• About the format of design artwork, we only accept PDF/AI/PSD format in CMYK colors, and the file must be converted to curve.

• About the design, it is best not to appear text and other important information within 10mm of the edge of the pouch. It will be easy to be cut off and heat sealing edge will affect the printing effect.

• About samples, there will be plate fee, sample making cost and shipping cost for the customized samples of rotogravure printed. But the cost will be refund to you after placing order.

• About shipping time, the time limit for transportation will be affected by holidays, policies at that time or temporary emergencies. Please reserve enough time in advance if bags are urgently needed.
