It connects the bottom of the radiator to the engine water pump, responsible for conveying the coolant that has been cooled by the radiator back to the engine, thereby maintaining system circulation and the engine's normal operating temperature. Additionally, it must withstand high pressure, high temperature, and chemical corrosion from the coolant, making it a critical part for preventing leaks and engine overheating.

  • Coolant Return Channel: Receives low-temperature coolant after cooling by the radiator and stably delivers it to the engine water jacket, completing the closed-loop heat dissipation cycle.
  • Vacuum Resistance and Collapse Prevention: When the engine water pump is operating, a vacuum is generated. High-quality lower radiator hose with built-in steel wire springs or fiber-reinforced layers prevents the hose from collapsing inward, ensuring stable flow.
  • Sealing and Leak Prevention: Closely fits with interfaces and is secured with clamps to prevent coolant leakage, avoiding pressure drop in the cooling system and engine overheating.
  • Adaptability to Operating Conditions: Absorbs engine vibrations and thermal expansion/contraction, withstanding temperature fluctuations from -40°C to 125°C (or higher) and system pressure.
