This machine is composed of a stainless steel double-cone tank, a main shaft assembly, a gear assembly, a gearbox assembly, a motor, a frame, etc.

Working principle
The double-cone tank rotates 360 degrees, taking advantage of the gravity of the material to continuously gather, disperse, roll and mix the material within the vertebral body. The counter-rotating stirring blades can break up the agglomerated materials and accelerate the mixing degree of the materials at the same time.

Precautions and technical requirements
Before using the machine for the first time, the user manual should be read carefully.
The volume of the materials loaded must not exceed 60% of the tank's capacity.
Before starting up, check whether lithium-based grease has been added to the gear compartment and whether gear oil has been added to the transmission.
For the first use, it should be turned on for 10 minutes to check if there is any abnormal shaking.

Maintenance and upkeep
After using this machine, the residues inside should be cleaned.
Check once a quarter to see if the transmission is short of gear oil. Whether the gear chamber is lacking lithium-based lubricating oil.
