Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, dust, and grease. Sand to create smooth, even texture for optimal adhesion.
Mix 2K paint with appropriate hardener in required ratio (usually 2:1). Add recommended thinner if necessary.
Apply using spray gun with consistent distance from surface. Use light, even coats to build paint thickness gradually. Allow adequate flash-off time between coats.
After final coat, allow paint to dry and cure per manufacturer guidelines, typically involving air drying or baking at elevated temperatures.
