The air volume handled by the unit ranges from 2,600 m³/h to 40,000 m³/h, and also can customizable airflows, allowing customized selection for different clean room requirements. The unit has two major series: the mixed air type (R series) and the fresh air type (F series). The refrigerant media include the chilled water type and the direct expansion type.

• Maintain the temperature: The unit adopts a double-layer insulated panel design, with both inner and outer panels standardly configured as color-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets. The frame utilizes an aluminum alloy frame panel structure with thermal break technology, with an overall panel thickness of 50 mm or 30 mm.
• Overall sealing measures: The unit incorporates specialized sealing measures between all panel-to-panel and panel-to-frame junctions, ensuring air-tightness performance that exceeds the standards of HVAC equipment.
• Noise reduction and sound insulation measures: Equipped with high efficiency and low noise backward-curved centrifugal fans with strong overload capacity.
• Antibacterial and mold-resistant measures:
  • The drain pan is constructed from antibacterial material, which can continuously sterilize with a sterilization efficiency of over 99.99%.
  • The inner wall panels of the unit can be optionally made from antibacterial materials to achieve a better antibacterial effect.
• High-efficiency dust removal and sterilization: This product series offer three levels of filters (primary, medium and high-efficiency), the highest filter grade can reach H13. It also provides composite filtration options, such as fiber-activated carbon filters, TiO2 sterilizers, and UV sterilizers. These features ensure effective dust removal and sterilization, guaranteeing fresh and healthy indoor air through a robust filtration system.
