Product Description:
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a pressure-driven membrane separation technique by selecting the function of a permeable (semi-permeable) membrane. When the pressure added to the system is greater than the osmotic pressure into the aqueous solution, the water molecules continue to pass through the membrane, flow into the central pipe through the water channel, and then the impurities in the water flowing out of the end, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria and viruses, are trapped in the inlet side of the membrane, and then flow out at the concentrated water outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and purification.

Maintance:
If the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the security filter increases (>0.06Mpa), the filter element must be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the RO device. Filter replacement cycle depends on its inlet water quality, generally every 15-20 days to replace once, the longest replacement cycle should not exceed 30 days. After the replacement of the filter element, the security filter must be vented by water (venting process: open the exhaust valve on the upper part of the filter, place the hand over the exhaust valve, close the exhaust valve when there is water coming out, the exhaust process is over).
Various operating parameters of RO device are recorded periodically.
