Working principle:
EDI ultra-pure water system works by combining electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology. Under the action of direct current electric field, the water dielectric ions move directionally through the separator. Between a pair of electrodes of an electrodialyzer, a negative film, a positive film and a separator (A, B) are usually arranged alternately to form a concentration chamber and a light chamber. The cation in the light chamber water migrates to the negative electrode through the positive film and is trapped by the negative film in the strong chamber.

EDI device: Ensure that EDI device does not run without water, to avoid burning and other dangers. Regular inspection of every component in the ultrapure water equipment, timely replacement of damaged parts. Check regularly every day whether the power cord is soft or high temperature leakage to prevent accidents. Wipe and clean the equipment at least once a month to keep it dry.
