Working principle:
EDI ultra-pure water system works by combining electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology. Under the action of direct current electric field, the water dielectric ions move directionally through the separator. Between a pair of electrodes of an electrodialyzer, a negative film, a positive film and a separator (A, B) are usually arranged alternately to form a concentration chamber and a light chamber. The cation in the light chamber water migrates to the negative electrode through the positive film and is trapped by the negative film in the strong chamber.

Maintance:
Pretreatment part: When the ultra-pure water equipment continues to operate for 15 days or more than 20 days, the pretreatment part of the equipment should be washed and maintained. For sand filters and activated carbon filters, the impurities can be washed by positive and negative flushing; For the softener, it is necessary to regenerate with sodium chloride to enhance the strength of the softened water of the resin. For precision filters, the filter element should be replaced in time when fouling occurs.
