1.What are the reasons for the reduced water yield of reverse osmosis equipment?
The reasons for the reduction of water production of reverse osmosis equipment may include low feed water temperature, low feed water pressure, high osmotic pressure caused by high concentration of water, and membrane pollution. In order to solve these problems, the feed water temperature and pressure can be correspondingly increased, the concentration of concentrated water can be reduced, or the film can be cleaned.

3. How does reverse osmosis equipment work?
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a process that uses pressure differences to facilitate the separation of water from a highly concentrated aqueous solution (or high-pressure aqueous solution) through a semi-permeable membrane into a lower concentration aqueous solution (or low-pressure aqueous solution). In this process, water can successfully pass through the semi-permeable membrane, and most of the impurities dissolved in the water such as carbonate, organic compounds, and bacteria are also blocked, so as to achieve water purification treatment.
4. Why do seals in reverse osmosis equipment swell?
In reverse osmosis equipment, in order to avoid the use of petroleum jelly or other petroleum grease lubricants resulting in cracking of fresh water pipes, special sealing rings are usually selected. However, some improper lubricants or operations may cause the sealing rubber ring to expand. Although a slight expansion usually does not directly affect the operation of the system, it may hinder the reloading of the system after unloading. The solution is to avoid using improper lubricants and regularly check the status of the seal ring.
