1. What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

2. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take about 5 workdays for sample, and 7-20 workdays for official order, it's according to quantity.

3. Can you offer samples? Is it free or chagre?
A: We can supply the free sample if we have ready parts in stock, but you need to bear the courier cost.
Customize samples are charged.

4. How to customize the product?
A: Pls offer us your samples or drawings, we can build the molds.
Or if you use our own molds, you can let us know the following cable details.
"a. Current Rating and Number of Contacts.
b. Assembly style.
c. Cable wire guage / size.
d. Cable Length and Material."
