ESD has been a growing a concern as component size gets smaller and quality becomes an utmost important criteria in electronic aspect..

ESD Flapgate turnstile provide a solution to ensure that every personnel who enter the production floor will be verified of their ESD gear such as Wrist Strap and Footwear (or HeelStrap).

All personnel will go through an ESD Gate Tester. Once they passed the ESD Limits, they will be permitted entry. Otherwise he can not permit to enter the ESD protect area .Each testing (together with entry) will take approximately 2.5 seconds.

This is a GO-NO-GO system that will provide review ESD testing status on time.
