ESD has been a growing a concern as component size gets smaller and quality becomes an utmost important criteria.

We can provide a solution to ensure that every personnel who enter the production floor will be verified of their ESD gear such as Wrist Strap and Footwear (or HeelStrap).

All personnel will go through an ESD Gate Tester. Once they passed the ESD Limits, they will be permitted entry. Each testing (together with entry) will take approximately 2.5 seconds.

This is a GO-NO-GO system that will ensure minimum documentation and maintenance. The ESD Officer will just need to verify the system with a Verification Box every 3 months.
