13.3mm heat seal cover tape is supporting sealing material exclusively for 16mm SMT carrier tape. It is made of high-quality PET polyester film coated with environmental hot melt adhesive layer, commonly used for encapsulation, storage and shipment of various surface-mount electronic components.
Accurate dimension ensures stable feeding on automatic and semi-automatic taping machines without jamming or deviation. After thermal pressing, the sealing surface is flat and firm, free of glue overflow, bubbles and edge lifting. It is universally compatible with PS, PC and A-PET carrier tapes.
With reliable anti-static property and strong tensile & tear resistance, it protects precision electronic devices from static breakdown and dust contamination during long-time storage and long-distance transport. Transparent and amber two colors are available for selection. Standard length is 300 meters per roll, perfectly suited for continuous mass packaging production in electronic workshops.
